Description:
Centre of Excellence (COE) is a group, which is responsible to do the root cause analysis and fix the issue in Finance, Service, Customer Experience, Manufacturing and Telecom domain raised by our Austin Partner and Business user. Apart from that COE are also responsible to maintain the Cubes which have been created for DELL Premier Customer.
Responsibilities:
· Identifying and eliminating the bug and Involve in root cause analysis to fix the issue which has been raised by Austin Partner and Business user.
· Involve in Tablespace Reorg to Maintain the Sqlserver Cubes.
· Did data reconciliation at database levels by firing queries.
· Participated in Unit and SIT testing of this project.
· Worked with event handling at various situations.
· Managed packages and tuned the performance of the source ,target,transformation of the packages.
· Created stored procedures for doing complex tasks at databaselevel.

Description:
Missing, Wrong, Damaged and Returns
MWDR is the measurement of issues that occur within 60 days of shipment that are caused by:
a) The customer not receiving their complete order from Dell. b) The customer receiving their order but the parts received is wrong or perceived wrong by the customer c) The system or system components are damaged.
It is two of the Cost Impact Metrics for FY06 - Customer Experience. These definitional updates are an integral part of accurate reporting to provide OOC (Office of the Chairman) and the business accurate and timely data on how the Company is performing against these IBP Strategic Initiatives. The data will provide process-level detail to allow the business to root cause their metric misses to drive process improvements
