      Description:

       IIG is one of the leading U.S based international insurance and financial services organization and the largest commercial and industrial insurance in the US. The purpose of the IMS is to provide information on the sales of their products by the entire group of companies and marketing analysis. The scope of the system is to view data into a structured format and designed to provide valuable information for their sales. This is done by pulling the data from different sources and exploring the processed data into reports in different formats and there by helping in their business decision making processes.

Roles:

§  Designing and developing the SSIS Packages.

§  Creating SSIS Packages by using different data Transformations like Derived Column,     Lookup, Conditional Split, Merge Join,Union,Sort and Execute SQL Task to load data into Database.

      Description:

                                Valeant is one of the leading biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in the US. The purpose of the ICW project is to provide the sales, marketing and procurement departments with the ability to view the procurement data in a structured and well-defined format in the Reporting Services and to provide the managers the ability to analyze the data and make the business decisions. Every night the data will be extracted and loaded into a staging area and then to the Procurement.

Roles:

§  Created staging database for temporary processing of data, consolidating data and Loading into Live database using Integration services.

§  Created SSIS Packages by using different data Transformations like Derived Column,     Lookup, Conditional Split, Pivot, Union and Execute SQL Task to load data into Database.

§  Based on design document created simple and complex reports

§  Used report model to generate Adhoc reports by using report builder.

                             Premium Business Catalog an electronic catalog system enables suppliers catalogs to be accessed via Internet. PBC has been integrated into web-based purchasing solution PBC facilitates the search of the item of the buyers inters. The details of the items of different categories are stored. The orders placed by the customers are stored in the database system. Here the data collection agent is responsible for storing the data, managing the data, modifying data and retrieving the data.
